Environmental Emphasis
Nic Andreani is a licensed professional engineer that is involved in all management phases of Environmental Due Diligence. Nic focuses on the development and completion of regulatory documents including Plan A Risk Assessments, Plan B Countermeasure Plans (SPCC), Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWP3), engineering plans and owner bid package documentations.
Environmental Experience
Mr. Andreani has several years experience in environmental Phase I and Phase II assessments, Brownfield redevelopment, remediation system design, and regulatory compliance. Nic has had the opportunity to manage projects regulated by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) under the Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP), the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC), the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ), and the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ). In addition, Nic has technical experience in: cost estimation of environmental liabilities, design of remedial solutions for soil and groundwater impacts, implementation of feasibility studies, wastewater pre-treatment system evaluation and development of Affected Property Assessment Reports (APAR), Response Action Plans (RAP), and Response Action Completion Reports (RACR).
