We are experienced in handling limited and comprehensive Phase II ESAs for diverse due diligence, property assessments, business risk assessment, state and federal regulatory requirements, and for transactional purposes. Assessments are performed by highly skilled environmental scientists, engineers, and licensed professional geologists. Reports are additionally reviewed by senior staff to meet rigorous quality standards.

As a member of the ASTM technical subcommittee on Phase II ESAs, Braun Intertec is skilled in assessing a variety of property types, including auto service and fueling stations, dry cleaners, community redevelopment properties, petrochemical facilities, and various other industrial process and manufacturing facilities. We regularly collaborate with attorneys, consultants, government entities, school districts, and local, state and federal regulatory agencies to confirm reporting is tailored to your specific needs and property considerations.
