Our Mission

“We get projects done”.  All too often, the complexity of environmental projects present obstacles that lead to long delays.  Clients tell us we are different from other consultants because our culture is one of taking ownership, showing initiative, and doing what it takes to get projects done on time, on budget, and done right.

Our Culture

We try to boil culture down to DO, GET, TAKE, GO, and BE:

-do the right thing, get it done, take ownership, go the extra mile, and be a self-starter-

We strive to foster a climate of collaboration while expecting all members of the team to do the right thing, act with integrity, and make good choices.

We hold each other responsible to get projects done on time, even if it means occasionally working a little extra.  However, these extra hours pay off through monthly financial bonuses and a company-wide “Tip of the Hat!”  We admire those employees who take steps to stand out and go above and beyond in order to get projects done.  These individuals are rewarded with incentives such as tuition reimbursement and conference stipends.  We notice and appreciate what our employees do!  But don’t think we’re all work and no play…

Each month, every W&M office hosts several events, catering to their specific office vibe.  Employees can participate in various health and wellness activities, planned social events, and in-house lunch-and-learn webinars at any of the W&M locations.  Just put on your yoga pants, and strike a pose!  Or maybe you’re more into bowling or putt-putt…

At W&M we work together, expect accountability, acknowledge success, admire initiative, and invest in the future of our employees—all while having fun, too.  If you want to be a part of this culture, check out our Careers Page.

We are a community-oriented company – we support, and our employees are involved in, many community activities, including:
