Contaminated Site Closure Strategies
Unanticipated contamination of soil or groundwater can be detected during investigations conducted as part of property transactions or the refinancing process, or in response to recognized environmental conditions (RECs) identified during Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Although the initial reactions to this information can be distressing, partnering with a qualified environmental firm that is familiar with State regulations for the assessment and response to environmental contamination can make all the difference. Almost all cleanups are risk-based, meaning a proper evaluation of true environmental risk, and the evaluation of potential exposures, will result in a more pragmatic solution to the issues. On July 25th, W&M remediation experts Frank Clark and Clay Snider will host a live lunchtime webinar on some of the available tools in site closure. Join us!
