RMP/PSM: Identifying the Likelihood of Hazardous Events in Your Facility

By Braun Intertec

Are your facility’s processes covered by the EPA’S Risk Management Planning (RMP) rules, OSHA’s Process Safety Management (PSM) rules, or perhaps both? OSHA’s PSM and EPA’s RMP rules set standards for large facilities posing risks of significant property damage or toxic releases to the community and are procedures for understanding not only what can go wrong, but how to achieve successful outcomes to meet compliance.

Please watch the video below as Conan Reed, GSP and Nick Foreman, CSP provide a roadmap for determining if your facility meet’s RMP/PSM criteria and what steps need to be taken once it is determined that your facility meets applicability requirements. We will include a discussion on the RMP/PSM programs, implementation of programs through audits and training, common challenges to successful implementation, and potential ways to determine if you can pull your facility out of the applicability criteria.  Join us to receive information that can help keep you compliant and productive without operational downtime.
