Environmental Emphasis

Austin has over 7 years experience in a variety of environmental projects including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Property Condition Assessments, asbestos awareness identification and sampling, Light Non-Aqueous Phase Liquid (LNAPL) recovery systems, Phase II Investigations, Leaking Petroleum Storage Tank (LPST) projects, underground/aboveground storage tank (UST/AST) management and removal, and hazardous, non-hazardous and universal waste management. Austin’s field experience includes monitoring well installation, soil and groundwater sampling, indoor and outdoor vapor sampling, phase-separated hydrocarbon (PSH) sampling, soil infiltration testing, remediation oversight, monitoring well plug & abandonment (P&A), Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasures (SPCC) inspections, storm water pollution prevention plans (SWP3) site inspections, and Incident Response and Recovery (IRR) field efforts.
