Ms. Adams is an environmental scientist with over twelve years’ experience in environmental compliance as a senior environmental scientist for the industrial sector and a senior consultant at W&M. Her project experience includes regulatory reporting including Tier II and Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) reporting, emissions inventory reporting, and greenhouse gas reporting. She also has experience on air permitting projects including Permits by Rule (PBR), Standard Air Permits, and New Source Review (NSR) permits. She has experience with storm and wastewater general permitting, Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) plan development, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3) development. Her compliance work also includes site inspections and site specific environmental training for plant personnel.
